Private Keke
The whole vehicle, for one pickup and one destination.
- 1Share your pickup and destination in the chat.
- 2A nearby driver accepts the request or counters the fare.
- 3The agreed amount and each trip event stay on the record.

Book a private keke, a shared seat, or a local package in WhatsApp. Follow the trip on a map only when it helps. No passenger app.
About
Keke transport and local delivery already work on the street. The gap is pickups described imprecisely, shared seats treated as a single number, and no shared timeline when something slips. Coal City Motion gives each person the interface that fits the work.

WhatsApp carries discovery, booking, and service updates. A passenger does not install another app to move around the city.
Offers, trips, seats, and provider access move through controlled states, so everyone sees the same next step.
Location, arrival time, and exceptions stay visible to the passenger, the provider, and the operations team.
The agreed fare, the assignment, and any manual change keep an actor, a reason, and a time.
Services
The first WhatsApp menu is Private Keke, Shared Keke, and Send Package. The conversation asks only for what that service needs, and your history stays with one customer profile.

Collection and delivery, with proof at the end.
Shared capacity
Shared Keke does not count the vehicle as one number. Availability is checked on every stretch between boarding and drop-off. If Ogui to New Haven is already full, a new passenger cannot book through that stretch — even when Abakpa still looks open.

Fares
In this first phase, Coal City Motion does not collect the passenger fare. It keeps the offer, the agreed amount, and any adjustment, so support has one figure to work from. Providers fund access with a daily or weekly pass.
How a journey works
Seven steps, one thread. The passenger stays in WhatsApp unless a live map actually helps.
Pick Private Keke, Shared Keke, or Send Package.
Share a location, a landmark, and the details that service needs.
Review the route fare or the driver’s offer before you commit.
An eligible provider accepts. One assignment stays authoritative.
Follow approach and trip state. Open the map only when it helps.
Confirm arrival, or confirm the package reached the receiver.
Report the quality of the trip, or raise an issue from the same thread.
Who it is for
Passengers stay in WhatsApp until a map helps. Drivers and riders use the provider app. Operations teams work from a browser portal.
Passengers
Share a location, answer a short set of questions, and receive the provider, the fare, and the next status in the same chat. The tracking link is temporary and cannot open another customer’s booking.

Drivers and riders
Go online only with a verified account and a valid access pass. Accept, counter, or decline work that fits your mode, route, and seats. Frequent actions stay large and within thumb reach.
Operations
The operations portal watches demand, active trips, stale locations, and seat conflicts. A person can reassign, correct, or suspend — and the record keeps who acted and why.
